Warranty Coverage:

We offer a limited warranty that covers defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of completion of the upholstery service. The warranty coverage includes the repair or replacement, at our discretion, of any upholstery-related issues that arise during the specified warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damages or issues resulting from the following:

a. Normal wear and tear due to regular use.

b. Accidental damage or misuse of the upholstered item(s).

c. Alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized parties.

d. Damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance.

e. Fading, discoloration, or damage due to exposure to sunlight or other environmental factors.

f. Damage caused by pets or other animals.

g. Damages or wear on fabrics or materials not supplied by Letts Upholstery.

Making a Warranty Claim:

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:

a. Provide proof of purchase.

b. Contact Letts Upholstery within the warranty period.

c. Describe the issue or defect clearly and provide any relevant images if requested.

Warranty Resolution:

Upon receiving a valid warranty claim, Letts Upholstery will assess the issue and determine whether it falls within the warranty coverage. If the claim is approved, we will undertake one of the following actions:

a. Repair the upholstered item(s) using suitable materials and workmanship.

b. Replace the upholstered item(s) with a similar or comparable product.

Limitations of Liability:

Under no circumstances shall Letts Upholstery be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective items covered by this warranty.

Transferability:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the upholstery services.

Modifications to the Warranty Policy:

Letts Upholstery reserves the right to modify or amend this Warranty Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy on our website.
